I bought this watch human resources management, as I started to get fit and how I hate belts. I decided to ignore the contribution that a title since I heard that does not reflect the item itself, but the wrath of reviewers.
It works great and not difficult. I like all functions, even though I only have them to read my HR but i feel perhaps some use some functions from the time I get a bit 'longer in shape. It also seems like a normal clock, so you can weareverywhere.
It works like this:
- Each time the measurements of heart rate
- High and low alarm limits target
- Time and Calendar
- Dual time (ie, you can set a different time zone and you)
- Night Vision Backlight (but I think if you press the button, it keeps longer stay)
- Wake up (like me)
- Easy to read large display

Overall I am very happy with this purchase!
